Basic Information

These models can predict the growth, mortality of individual trees in forest stand.

There are some models which can predict the individual-tree growth with forest management considered, including diameter at breast height (DBH), tree height, under branches height (UBH), crown width (CW), crown height (CH), biomass, volume and mortality. Besides, the stand2tree model which can convert the polygon data of stands or forests into point data of trees is also provided.

Growth prediction of trees DBH

Based on the data, including tree locations, initial DBHs, age, DEM and so on, these models can be used to predict the growth of DBH from initial age to end age.

There are several different models which can be selected to calculate the growth of tree height by using the DBH data.

There are different models which can be selected to calculate the growth of tree under branches height.

Growth prediction of trees crown height

These crown height models are used to calculate the crown height growth.

There are different models which can be selected to calculate the growth of tree crown width.

These models can be selected to calculate the biomass of individual trees.

These models can be selected to calculate the volume of individual trees.
