本数据源来自水利电力部黄河水利委员会1983年3月刊印的绥德水土保持科学实验站《1954-1979黄河中游历年逐次洪水降水量观测成果统计测验资料》,原始资料数据精度良好，数据加工过程中经多人校对、多人多次核查，加工后得到的数据精度良好、质量可靠。规范化整理后的数据与原始数据经过两轮人工校核与抽查对比，数据的属性值与原始数据相符，具有逻辑一致性，质量可靠, 数据内容（数据文件、表名称，包含的观测指标内容）
本套水文数据涵盖了20世纪50年代中到70年代末的水文数据。数据由绥德水土保持科学实验站记录。包括流域历年雨量站逐日降水量表。数据对农业生产，科学研究都有重要的价值。
建设目的
本文档系对1954-1979黄河中游历年雨量站逐日降水量统计测验资料的相关说明，可用来指导、规范数据的使用与分发。
