Detailed Description
Aerial imagery captured by UAV Mapping NZ Ltd. Processed by Opus International Consultants Ltd. Accuracy checks were undertaken by comparing orthophoto positions with a ground survey of checkpoints and control points with varying RMS error for each area. No guarantees are provided as to the accuracy of the entire dataset. Please contact Thames-Coromandel District Council for the Metadata Files for each area.The supplied imagery is in terms of New Zealand Transverse Mercator (NZTM) map projection. The products are tiled into NZTopo50 1:1,000 tiles. Please refer to the supplied tile layout shape file for specific details, naming conventions, etc.
Imagery supplied as 5cm pixel resolution (0.05m GSD), 3-band (RGB) uncompressed GeoTIFF. Tile layout in NZTM projection containing relevant information.
