    Detailed Description

    Eugene Opportunity Zones GIS data file. These are eligible census tracts that are LIC Tracts 2018, extracted from State of Oregon GeoSpatial Data Clearinghouse. Eligible tracts are those that have been designated as a "Low Income Community" (LIC) by the federal New Market Tax Credit program.
