FLIM模型及其修正

(1)   FLIM模型一个描述森林冠层的二向反射特性的随机模型,它同时考虑了上层林冠的荫蔽影响和树冠的透射。在FLIM模型中传感器观测到的景物的反射处理为地面反射和一个均匀而且无穷厚的森林冠层的反射的加权求和,可表示为下式:

 式中,R是景物的反射系数; 分别是均匀且无穷厚的森林冠层和地面层植被的反射系数; CG分别是所谓的树冠因子和地面因子,其受树冠大小,树的密度,叶面积指数,以及树冠的覆盖率和穿过树冠的透射率。

FLIM模型中,在观察方向及日照方向上的树冠覆盖率和树冠透射率的计算公式如下:

式中, 分别是在观察方向和日照方向上的树冠覆盖率; 分别是在观察方向和日照方向上穿过树冠的透射率; 分别是观察和日照的顶角; A是传感器视场或像元尺度的覆盖区的面积; n是像元中树的密度; 是树冠的平均有效叶面积指数,分别是整个观察区域与观察顶角正交的面积及与太阳项角正交的面积所占比例。

 地面因子定义为:

   

 式中,是同时处在日照和观察方向上的树冠的面积; 是同时处在日照和观察方向上的空隙; 是在日照方向上是空隙而在观察方向上是在树冠下面的区域; 是在日照方向上是在树冠下面而在观察方向上是空隙的区域。

 树冠因子定义为:

   

(2)   FLIM 模型的修正:

对在BOREAS通量塔位置处的针叶林冠层,树冠可假设为一个椭圆体其水平半径为 b,垂直半径为r,对FLIM模型加以修正,以考虑到树冠形状对投影到地面的阴影形状的影响。

  

(3)几何因子的估计:

在顶角θ处的间隙比例p(θ):
