浮游植物光合产生力模拟

(1)Talling等给出的浮游植物日光合生产量方程(单位水面水柱的光合生产量):

                    

式中,PD为浮游植物日光合生产量,单位为(mg·m-2·d-1);Bc为浮游植物浓度(mg·chla·m-3);Pm为浮游植物单位浓度、单位时间的最大光合率(mg·mg-1chla·h);N为一天内的实际日照时数;Kd为水内光合有效辐射的垂直消光系数(m-1);Ek为浮游植物的光饱和时点辐照值(W·m-2)。

(2)年光合生产力估算:

取春分(3月21日)、夏至(6月22日)、秋分(9月23日)、冬至(12月22日)4个节气日与适温下的日光合生产量代表各地不同季节的平均生产水平,对各季节的日生产量(PDi)加权求和,为它们的年光合生产力PYR),即:

                             

式中,n为生长季包含的季节数,寒温带为2,温带至热带为4;D为天数。
