混合像元组分温度的多角度遥感数据反演模型

(1)   非同温混合像元热辐射模型:

式中,为总有效比辐射率; 为各组分辐射亮度值; 为总辐射亮度值; 为各组分温度; 为半球反射率。

2)连续植被非同温混合像元辐射亮度模型:

  

式中,为混合像元的辐射亮度值; 分别为植被冠层和土壤的有效发射率; 分别为植被冠层和土壤的温度。

(2)   土壤比辐射率比值计算公式:

式中,为第 i通道θ视角的辐射亮度观测值; 为大气下行辐射值。

(3)   由于大气测量误差而带来的大气噪声计算公式:

式中,由于大气测量误差而带来的大气噪声为第i波段大气上行辐射测量误差;  为第波段大气下行辐射测量误差;为第i波段从地面到传感器的大气透过率的测量误差。

(5)信噪比计算公式:

   

式中,为信噪比。
