南水北调东线水质污染和湖泊水生经济的系统分析模型

(1)污水治理的经济问题——总投资计算公式:

       

式中,TCn年的总投资;P为投资折现率,r为利息率;C1为单位污水量的分散处理费用;W1为分散处理污水量;C2为单位污水集中处理费用;W2为集中处理污水量。

(2)最优湖泊运用蓄水位分析模型:

Tn=max[BF(ZS)+BP1(Z1A1)+BP2(Z,A2)+···+BPnZ,An]

式中,Tn是最优水生经济产品总产值;Z为湖泊蓄水位;S为渔业产品自销价值;BF为渔业产值函数;BPi为第i中水生植物产值函数;Ai为第i中水生植物种植面积。

      限制方程组如下:

1)各种水生经济植物种植面积的限制:

                 AminAiAmaxi

式中,A为水生经济植物的规划种植面积;Amini为最小可种植面积;Amaxi为最大可繁殖面积。

2) 水位限制:

                 ZdZZn

式中,Z为实际水位;Zd为设计死水位;Zn为规划设计的正常蓄水位。

3) 市场经济限制:

                 SminSSmax

式中,S为模型计算出的自销价值;Smax为最大规划自销价值量;Smin为一定的社会需求。

4)各种水生经济产品的产值限制:

      各种水生经济产品的产值不应该超过湖泊自身的生产能力:

             BF(Z,S)BFmax

             BPiZ,AiBpmaxi
