不完全冠层表面温度的物理模型

一般而言,一个冠层由五个部分构成:顶部、冠壁的荫蔽部、地面的荫蔽部、地面的光照部及冠壁的光照部,因此,到达传感器的辐射(L)是来自顶部的辐射、地面的荫蔽部、地面的光照部冠壁的荫蔽部和冠壁的光照部的的加权求和:

式中分别是传感器所观测到的顶部、冠壁的荫蔽部、地面的荫蔽部、地面的光照部、冠壁的光照部所占比例,且有

(1)    来自顶部的辐射为:

式中,是顶部的发射率;是普朗克辐射函数;是顶部温度。

(2)    分别来自地面的荫蔽部和光照部的辐射为:

式中,是地面和冠壁的反射率;分别是地面荫蔽部和光照部的温度;分别是冠层的荫蔽部和光照部的温度;分别是估计从冠壁的荫蔽部和光照部的辐射分别到达地面的荫蔽部和光照部的比例的形状因子。

(3)    分别来自冠壁的荫蔽部和光照部的辐射为:

式中,分别是从地面荫蔽部和光照部的辐射到达冠壁的荫蔽部和光照部的比例的形状因子;是表示一个冠壁的辐射到达相邻冠壁的比例的项。

(4)如果不同部分的温度的差异不是很大,则可引入系统的有效温度T,将普朗克辐射在T处进行一阶泰勒展开:
