CONIFER模型

(1) 蒸发的Penman方程(辐射输入枯枝落叶层的热量忽略不计):

 

式中,是枯枝落叶层的潜在蒸发率;是枯枝落叶层温度;是在枯枝落叶层温度处的水汽压;是枯枝落叶层露点处的水汽压;是气温;是空气露点:是饱和空气的密度;是饱和空气的定压热容量;是水分汽化的潜热;是湿度计常数;是单位转换因子;是枯枝落叶层表面的空气动力学导率。

饱和水汽压的Teten方程:

 

式中,是饱和水蒸气压;是温度;是系数;0℃时的水蒸气压。

净新叶光合作用方程:

 

式中,是净新叶光合作用率;是光合作用表达式的对数部分;是新叶碳含量;是新叶的周平均气孔阻力;是总的叶碳含量;是温度对光合作用的影响项;是周平均白昼长度; 是基于碳收支从实验结果外推的净新叶光合作用率的比值; 是净新叶光合作用的速率常数; 是叶片对短波辐射的衰减系数;, 是周平均光合作用有效辐射,是新叶光合作用率达到最大速率的一半时的光强。
