土地资源配置数学模型

(1) 国民经济折算费用:

1)      折算费用:

       

式中,C为产品成本;K为基本建设投资;为标准效率系数。

2)      国民经济折算费用:

       

式中,为国民经济投资费用的标准效率系数;为农业土地资源利用的效率系数;为因占用土地而带来的农业损失;为国民经济中非农业部门的基建投资数额;F为被占用土地的价值;P为国民经济中非农业部门年度经营费用。

(2) 土地因素对国民收入增长的贡献份额:

式中P为国民收入;F为占用土地的经济价值。

(3) 单位国民收入占地率:

  单位国民收入占地率指标S

                   

式中,为国民经济各部门占用土地总量;W为年国民收入,他是土地生产率得到数。
