生物圈能量转移模型

 

(1)  能量和水平衡:

 

植物有效水的最大储量

 

 

 

式中,是土层中永久萎蔫点的土壤水的体积含量;是已知在的水压传导性下土地容量中的土壤水体积含量;是模型中的土层数量;是每一层的厚度。

 

(2)  热函流

 

 

式中,是植物或者植冠的温度;是大气温度;是大气的密度和比热;是水蒸气的潜热;分别是通过气孔和直接蒸发的叶片截留降水的土壤水分蒸发蒸腾损失总量。

 

(3)  净植冠辐射

 

 

式中,是植冠的长波透射率;是以绝对温标为单位的大气温度;是地面热量流;是表面热辐射;是斯蒂芬-玻尔兹曼常数;是大气层对向下流量的热辐射;是密集植物的反射率;是被土壤下层吸收的入射辐射;是吸收的光合作用活动辐射;是入射太阳辐射。

 

(4)  碳平衡:

 

 

式中,是毛初级生产力;是总的植物维持呼吸;是一个附加项,称为“生长呼吸作用”,可表达为是标准呼吸消耗。

 

(5)  土壤或异养呼吸(SR):

 

 

式中,是能迅速腐烂的枯枝落叶的数量;是慢速腐烂的枯枝落叶的数量,且有表示13年的平均值;是进入大气层中的枯枝落叶损失部分;经验常数。

 

(6)  生物气候学:

受叶面积指数()限制的温度

 

   

 

 

 

式中, 是叶片受到遮挡的温度;是最大限制温度;是最大或者饱和叶面积指数0.5m土层深度处的温度。
