线性营养物循环模型

式中,x是每个区室中的营养物浓度向量; z是从系统外部的流人率向量;矩阵的非对角线元素是区室之间特定的流动速率,也就是说对于ij是从区室j到区室i的流动速率;对角线元素可表达为;是从区室j流出到系统外的外流速率,如果至少有一个是非零值,那么A就不是单值的,均衡浓度x*的向量为;如果为了方便起见,可假定在时间t=0时发生扰动,则被扰动系统的动力学可表达如下:
