(2) 消费者的生物能方程:

式中,是消费种群i的生物量()是最大消费率()h(T)是温度影响因子;是被捕食种群j的捕食参数;是相对被捕食种群j的消化速率;是处理效率;是呼吸作用率()是排泄率()是分泌率()是死亡率()是仅适用于鱼类的特定的动力行为()

(3) 消费方程:

(4) 温度依赖性模型:

温度对光合作用、消费及呼吸作用的速率的影响可用下式确定:

式中,定义了致死的上限温度及死亡率,同时给定了最适宜温度;x是等于的一个标量,这里取值为2.0
