冠层反射系数,光合作用和蒸发()之间的线性相互依赖关系模型

(1) 在冠层中入射的直射辐射通量的上行和下行漫射通量可用下面的方程描述:

式中,分别是对入射通量进行归一化处理后的上行和下行漫射通量;是人射光束的顶角的余弦值;K是对直射光束单位叶面积的光学厚度;是单位叶面积漫射光学厚度的倒数的平均值;是散射系数;L是累积叶面积指数;分别是漫射和直射光束的向上散射参数。

(2) 上面的方程的解为:

式中,h是常数。

(3) 叶的光合作用率:

(4) 叶片的气孔阻力:

式中,P是叶片的光合作用率;是入射PAR的法向(相对于叶片)通量密度;是暗呼吸作用率;是常数。是对叶片水分势、温度及水蒸气压的亏值的修正因子。
