Tharnthwaite Memorial模型

到达某一位置的种子密度:

 

 

式中,为年平均蒸发量(mm);t为年平均气温(℃);R为年降水量(mm)。这种方法是在迈阿密模型(1),(2)基础上发展起来的,是研究植物生产力的一种数学相关法。

迈阿密模型是Lieth根据世界各地植物产量与年平均温度和年平均降水量之间关系做出来的,采用迈阿密模型估算某地植物气候生产力需用Liebig定律取二者中较低值做标准值。实际上,植物生育不仅是只受温度或降水的影响,还受到其他气候因子的影响。基于此,Lieth在Tharnwaite基础上又提出了Tharnwaite Memorial模型。蒸散量受太阳辐射、温度、降水、饱和差、风等气候因子影响,所以,(2)式估算的植物气候生产力较精确。
