TM影像配准及其作物估产方法的精度检验模型

(1)    TM影像的纠正公式:

式中,为路径辐射项,是大气直接散射太阳辐射进入传感器的部分;分别为傅里叶变换及其逆变换;为没有大气效应的地面辐射场;为二维空间频率域的大气光学调制函数。

(2)    用空间频谱-相关方法进行配准的相关系数模型:

(3)    混合光谱反射率模型:

式中,i为空间位置;j为波段数;为第k类地物在第i个像元中所占的面积百分比;k为某地物类型;为某类地物的波谱特征。
