植物群丛尺度上的碳分配与干物质生长模型

    1)活的干物质成分通过下式估计:

式中,分别是活叶、根和树干的干物质量;zFzR分别是具有活性的单位面积管道的叶和根的干物质量(kgcm-2);zw是树干单位湿体积的干物质量(kgcm-3);A是具有活性的管道面积;L是从根到叶面的活性管道的平均长度。

2)生产率的计算:

式中,分别定义了的生产率;A的扩展率(m2hm-2a-1vRvF分别是叶面和根的存活寿命;zFA/vFzRA/vR分别是衰老的叶面和根替代部分的生产率;ωL是新生活性管道的平均长度;zWωLdA+/dt是新生的活性管道的平均生产率;dLM/dt是现存活性管道延长的平均速率(ma-1);zWAdLM/dt是由于管道延长而导致的树干干物质生产率。

式中,而且,是未遮蔽叶片碳生产率,I是参数。

3)将未遮蔽叶片转换为所有叶片可表达为:

式中,zFdA-/dt是由于树枝死亡等原因导致的管道而失去活性而引起的叶片干物质的损失率,同时还有根干物质的损失zRdA-/dt,由于叶片和根死亡而导致的干物质损失量为zRdA-/dtzRA/vRθL是失去活性的管道的平均长度。当植物群丛闭合时,而且有:

式中,是常数(m);ρ是一个关于碳生产率的标度参数(m-2hm-1
