陆地生态模型

 

(1)  生态系统模型:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

式中,为植物碳;为土壤碳;为净初级生产力为植物落叶碳;分配共已有植被区域生长的碳的比例,是植被碳更新率;是干扰率;表示由于自遮蔽效应导致的附加的干扰;是土壤呼吸作用(soil respiration.

 

(2)  分配系数

 

 

 

 

式中,为树叶覆盖指数是最大树叶覆盖指数,可取值为10是最小树叶覆盖指数,可取值为4.

 

树叶覆盖指数与植物碳之间可简单地用线性关系描述:

 

 

 

式中,为比例常数。以上所有方程构成一个在给定进出流量下的少参数的植被动力学模型。

 

(3)  顶部树叶净光合速率

 

 

式中,为顶部树叶总光合作用率为顶部树叶暗呼吸作用率

 

1)顶部树叶净初级生产力的计算可表达为:

 

 

式中,为顶部非树叶植物呼吸作用率。

 

2)植被净初级生产力与顶部树叶净初级生产力的关系可表达为:

 

 

 

式中, 通常取0.5

 

3)土壤呼吸作用率
