再植和康复的流行病模型

 

式中,X和Y分别是健康的和患病的植物的丰富度;U和V是非传染性和传染性带菌者的丰富度;K是植物的最大密度;r是健康的和患病的植物的再植率;g是木薯植物被铲除和收割的速率;a是由于ACMV传染病影响的植物的损失率;m是带菌者的最大丰富度;b是假设受带菌者的最大丰富度约束的带菌者的出生率;c是带菌者的死亡率;k1是健康植物的接种率;k2是非传染性带菌者的病毒获取率;θ是由于植物患病而使繁殖中断所引起的淘汰率;s是患病植物的康复率。
