寄主-拟寄生物模型

 

式中,NtPt分别是第t代中宿主和拟寄生物的群体丰富度;λ是考虑到宿主性别比、雌宿主生育力的平均值和全部密度依赖性死亡率的宿主的净再生率;c反映了拟寄生物宿主身上出现的雌性拟寄生物的平均数量;Dt+1St+1是当自我调节和拟寄生物攻击发生作用时,在特定点上寄主种群的密度;f(.)是每一代中摆脱拟寄生物的宿主比例;Dt+1=FD(NtPt)St+1=FS(NtPt)

功能反应如下:

 

式中,a表示“观察区域”或者说在单个拟寄生物的一生中能够覆盖的宿主生存环境的面积;b表示聚合度;V(N)是宿主地块密度的变化;n是任意选择的地块的相应密度。
