    水资源的均衡状态与决策模型

     

    （1）    水资源均衡关系模型：

     

     

    式中，为第子系统地下水位，作系统状态变量；为第子系统水位变化值，向下为正；为第子系统地表水引用量，作决策变量；为与子系统相接的第子系统地下水水位；为第子系统与第子系统之间的渗透系数；为第子系统与第子系统之间的接壤长度；为第子系统与第子系统之间的接壤含水层厚度；为第子系统降水入渗系数；为第子系统面积；为第子系统引水子，之间单位长度的损失系数；为第子系统引水子，之间的长度；为有效入渗系数；为开采量，作决策变量；为降水量的决策变量。

     

    （2）    目标函数模型：

     

     

    式中，为第个节点地表引水量；为第个节点地水开采量。

     

    （3）    水资源控制系统模型：

     

     

    式中，为状态向量；为决策向量；为系数矩阵；为初始状态向量。
