水资源的均衡状态与决策模型

 

(1)    水资源均衡关系模型:

 

 

式中,为第子系统地下水位,作系统状态变量;为第子系统水位变化值,向下为正;为第子系统地表水引用量,作决策变量;为与子系统相接的第子系统地下水水位;为第子系统与第子系统之间的渗透系数;为第子系统与第子系统之间的接壤长度;为第子系统与第子系统之间的接壤含水层厚度;为第子系统降水入渗系数;为第子系统面积;为第子系统引水子之间单位长度的损失系数;为第子系统引水子之间的长度;为有效入渗系数;为开采量,作决策变量;为降水量的决策变量。

 

(2)    目标函数模型:

 

 

式中,为第节点地表引水量;为第节点地水开采量。

 

(3)    水资源控制系统模型:

 

 

式中,为状态向量;为决策向量;为系数矩阵;为初始状态向量。
