土壤中杀虫剂降解的动态模型

(4)米歇利斯动力学模型:

 

式中,x是在时间t杀虫剂的浓度;k是一个速率常数;k1k2是米氏常数。

如果杀虫剂能够生物降解,则:

 

式中,k3=k(m0+λx0)k4=-kλm是在时间t相关微生物的数量;m0是相关微生物的初始数量;x0是杀虫剂的初始浓度;λ是增长常数。
