种群数量及其增长的的数学模型

    1)灰尾鼠种群数量的Ricker动力学模型:

式中,Nt+1t+1时刻的种群数量;Ntt时刻的种群数量;r0是平均增长率;b是种群密度对增长率的影响;参数r0b通过回归分析得到。

2)种群的随机增长率的计算公式:

式中,σd描述了统计随机性统计随机性;s呈高斯分布,中值为0,标准偏差为1的随机变量;参数σd用随机生灭过程估计p是生存概率 λ是平均产仔数
