黄河断流严重程度的识别模型

 

                                  

式中,Fnsl为黄河下游断流严重程度(或级别);KsmxKljCvy分别为三门峡的径流量,利津的径流量及其年内径流变差系数。Cvy是用以描述来水特性的另一个常用指标,反映径流量的年内分配状况的径流变差系数,可定义为kii个月径流量占年径流量的百分比,=8.33%,为各月平均占全年的百分比。
