地块连通性和排列对动物复合种群动力学的影响模型

    1)一个简单但广泛使用的土地利用模型是Levin的初始模型,它描述了在由同质地块构成的异质环境中单一物种复合种群的动力学:

式中,p是物种占据的地块的比例;me分别是与移植能力和灭绝率有关的常数。

2)一个简单的连续扩散反应模型是一个偏微分方程:

式中,Nxt是对于空间位置x的种群密度;D是种群个体的扩散率;fN是种群生长率。相应的离散模型为是地块ij之间的个体交换率,是地块i中的种群规模。
