    时间上离散的随机灭绝模型

       （1）我们通过下面的Markov过程描述随机种群动力学：

                     

     

    式中，是在t年份i个个体的概率；数量描述了在t年份

    灭绝的危险性； 是在一年中个体数量由i转换到k的概率。

    （2）当前包含i个个体的种群的平均寿命 可以用下面

    的线性方程系计算：

     

     

    （3）当前包含i个个体的种群的移植概率 可以被计算。

    假设我们从i个个体开始，最后达到u个 ，则我们有：

     

     

    （4）跃迁矩阵（）如下：

     

     

    式中，是包含i个个体的种群中含有j个雌性个体的概率；

     是包含i个个体，式中，有j个雌性个体的种群产生E

    个卵的概率； 描述了在种群产卵过程中的平均值； 是

    l个卵中的k个达到成年并产生下一代的概率。
