    风资源的估算公式

     

    (1)近地层风速梯度计算公式：

    式中，jm为近地层风速梯度；k为卡门常数；u*为摩擦速度；u为平均风速；z为高度；L为莫宁-奥布霍夫长度尺度。

    (2)气象平均风能计算公式：

    式中，为气象平均风能；为单位时间内气流穿过的平均面积；f为u的函数。
