This process component is part of a spatially-distributed hydrologic model called TopoFlow, but it can now be used as a stand-alone model.

It is important to realise that TopoFlow can perform much more complex simulations without much additional effort at run time. It allows virtually any input variable to any process to be entered as either a scalar (constant in space and time), a time series (constant in space, variable in time), a grid (variable in space, constant in time) or a grid stack (variable in space and time).
