式中,T(l,j,h,t)t时刻在经度l、纬度j和高度h的某测点的温(湿)度;T0(l,j,h,t)为相同位置但不受小地形影响(或小地形相似)的温(湿)度的宏观分布值;DTm(t)该点的小地形订正值
