基于NOAA时间序列数据分析模型

1)归一化植被指数NDVI模型:

 

 

式中ρch2ρch1分别为第1,2波段的反射率

(2)相关系数r模型:

 

 

式中变量x为NDVI;变量y为月平均气温或月平均降水量;分别为变量x和y的均值;r为变量x与y的相关系数;n为样本量。

(3)偏相关系数模型:

 

 

式中,r12,3将变量V3固定后变量V1与变量V2之间的偏相关系数;r12r13r23分别为变量V1V2,V1V3V2V3的相关系数。
