禾草的水分利用、叶片角度和平直度的机理模拟

(1)光合作用模型

式中,是净光合作用;是周围环境;是内部的CO2浓度;分别是内部的、气孔的和叶边界层的阻力。

(2)最大枝条重量(SWM):

式中,t是N个时间步长之后的当前时间;函数表示依赖于底土层的增长率;PNC是植物氮;是植物水潜势;T是温度。

(3)根部水分吸收模型:

式中,是土壤水潜势;是根系汇聚点的植物水分潜势;是水流在土壤中的阻力;是水流在根部中的阻力。
