工业布局与宏观环境模型

(1)  环境无伸缩性指数:

估算的第i地区的环境无伸缩性指数被定义为第i地区的生境中的一个环境无伸缩性的加权平均数

 

 

式中,是第i地区样本生境的数量;是第i地区的第k样本生境的面积;是第i地区的第k样本生境中被估算的环境无伸缩性。

(2)  环境无伸缩性指数的统计特性:

(3)  一个地区的平均每年污染水平能被粗略地估算为每单位面积上硫释放的数量乘以相应地区的环境无伸缩性指数。每个地区平均每年污染水平的估算值被表示为:
