式中,是经验系数;是空气的定压热容量;是日土壤蒸发率;是日土壤潜在蒸发率;是瞬间显热通量;是瞬时潜热通量;是日潜热通量;是累积入射光合作用有效辐射;是大气动力学阻率(冠层上方);是土壤表面的大气动力学阻率;是过度阻率;是瞬时净辐射;是日净辐射;是冠层上方某高度的气温;是大气动力学温度;是日最高气温;是植被表面温度;是土壤表面温度;是辐射表面温度;14h当地太阳时间的辐射表面温度;是生物量增量;是吸收辐射转变为生物量的转变效率;是空气密度;分别是红光和近红外反射系数;0~5cm表层土中的水分。

(2) AliBi模型(Olioso1992):

AliBi模型是一个两层模型,分别在土壤表面(用下标s表示)及植被冠层(用下标v表示)计算能量平衡,可以对土壤蒸发与植被蒸腾分开进行模拟,

式中,分别表示净辐射、显热通量、潜热通量和地面热通量。

红外亮度温度可从下式得到:

式中,分别是植被和土壤表面温度;是在测量波段的入射辐射;分别是植被和土壤在观察方向上的发射率(下标d表示观察方向);是热辐射的植被传输系数;是冠层反射系数;是用于计算在测量波段的热发射的关于温度的函数。

给为:

式中,是空气密度;是空气定压热容量;L是汽化潜热;是湍流交换系数;分别表示空气温度和湿度;acV这两个下标分别表示冠层内的空气和植被单元表面的空气。

MAGRET 模型(Lagouarde19910Courault等,1996)

MAGRET模型只引入一个能量平衡来表示整个土壤-植被系统:

潜热通量:

式中,是表面温度;是表面与大气之间的空气动力学阻率;是依赖于植被结构的表面阻率。
