光合效率模型

 

通过增加树冠对水蒸气的最大通导率,但又不按这个比例增加叶肉对CO2的通导率,模型通过下面的方程计算降低的光合效率:

式中,𝑁ps是树冠光合作用(kg∙m-2∙d-1)DCO2是树叶向大气扩散CO2的斜率 (kg∙m-3)𝐶c是树冠对水的平均气孔通导率 (m∙s-1)𝐶m是树冠CO2叶肉通导率;𝐼la是叶面积指数(m2∙m-2)𝐿day是光合作用活动昼长(s∙d-1)
