耦合多谱段卫星数据的Sahelian草原区域性模型

 

(1)    生长模型:

在时间存在的总的生物量

总的立地生物量

式中,是活的或绿色的生物量;是立地的死生物量;是凋落生物量,所有量都表示为每公顷干物质的质量()。

式中,是总光合作用;是呼吸作用损失;是寿命;是凋落率;是凋落物分解率。

(2)    光合作用模型:

式中,是总的光合作用;分别是环境中和叶绿素中的分压;分别定义了叶冠气孔、叶肉及冠层边界处对水分的阻力。

(3)    呼吸模型:

生长呼吸量

式中,是生长转换率;是总光合作用光呼吸的恒定分数。

维持呼吸量

式中,是生存空间的单位面积的生物数量;是维持系数()。

总呼吸量

(4)    衰老模型:

式中,是衰老率。

(5)    水预算模型:

水流量:

式中,分别代表第层面的土壤水潜存量和土壤水容量();是关于土壤粗密度的两个常量。

土壤水容量的变异可以很好地用来表示:

式中,)是第层土壤的排水流量;是第层土壤对实际土壤水分蒸发蒸腾损失总量的贡献,即:第层土壤的土壤蒸发和植物蒸腾的总量,代表潜在的蒸发量和潜在的蒸腾量,是土壤表面阻力,是遮篷植被阻力。
