高光谱数据的导数分析模型

(1)    Savitzky-Golay平滑及求导计算:

简化的最小二乘卷积平滑法可表示为:

式中,Y是原始光谱;是合成(平滑)光谱;是样条(平滑窗口)中第光谱值的系数;N是卷积数;指数j是正交坐标数据表的运行指数。

公式可重写为:

    

式中,是零阶求导计算中样条的第i点的系数;是平滑序列的中点值,相应地,中点的平滑的q阶导数表示为

(2)    KawataMinami提出的线性最小二乘平滑法:

光谱观测值可描述为光谱的真实信号加上噪音:

    

式中,是波长;去除噪音的光谱可表示为,平均样条平滑可表达为:
