A massive assemblage of MATERIAL (usually in the form of concrete blocks or cylinders) that is positioned alongside a LAND_TRANSPORTATION_ROUTE and is ready to be activated when needed as a potential BARRIER to an advancing enemy ground force; a rolling block.
