须家河组

曾称广元煤系、须家河系。时代属晚三叠世中、晚期。分布于川西北一带。命名地点在四川广元须家河煤矿。为海陆交互相含煤沉积,以灰色石英砂岩、长石石英砂岩、厚层砂岩、薄层砂岩及粉砂岩为主,夹泥岩、煤层、及透镜状菱铁矿层,共厚约600米。上部含植物化石Clathropteris meniscioides,Cladophlebis raciborskii,Dictyophyllum nathorsti,Goeppertella kwangyuangensis,Anomozamites loczyi,Anthrophyopsis leeiana,Neocalamites carreri等,均系晚三叠世诺利期至瑞替期植物群的重要分子;下部含诺利期双壳类化石Nuculana yunnanensis,Myophoriopsis cf.latedorsata,Pteria krumbecki,Yunnanophorus baulei,Modiolus furgi及Myophoria subvesita seporata,Burmesia lirata等。与下伏上三叠统小塘子组呈假整合接触。
