POINT ABEAM
The LOCATION on a LINE that is nearest to and abeam of another LOCATION that is not on the LINE; point abeam. EXAMPLE A LOCATION on the centre-line of a RUNWAY is abeam a glide slope AERIAL when the distance from the centre-line of the RUNWAY to the glide slope AERIAL is at a minimum.
