An imaginary air navigation OIS that is longitudinally centred on a RUNWAY, equal to the LENGTH of the RUNWAY plus 304,8 metres (1 000 feet) on each end, and of a WIDTH of 609,6 metres (2 000 feet); a runway primary OIS.
