WATER CHANNEL
That part of a WATERBODY, sometimes dredged, that is deep enough for navigation through a WATERBODY_SURFACE_REGION that would otherwise not be navigable; a water channel. It is usually marked by a single or double line of MARINE_AID_TO_NAVIGATIONs.
