RUNWAY CONICAL OUTER
An imaginary air navigation OIS connecting the side of the RUNWAY_APPROACH_OIS to the sides of both the RUNWAY_CONICAL_OIS and RUNWAY_OUTER_HORIZONTAL_OIS; a runway conical outer horizontal transitional OIS. This triangular SURFACE extends outward, perpendicular to the extended centre-line of the RUNWAY from the edges of the RUNWAY_APPROACH_OIS, at a 7 to 1 slope. The slope of this SURFACE is referenced to the centre-line of the RUNWAY.
