RUNWAY OUTER HORIZON
An imaginary air navigation OIS consisting of a horizontal plane, located 152,4 metres (500 feet) above the TERRAIN_ELEVATION of the RUNWAY_ENDPOINT with the lowest TERRAIN_ELEVATION, extending outward from the outer periphery of the RUNWAY_CONICAL_OIS for a horizontal distance of 8 544,2 metres (28 032 feet) reaching a distance of 19 963,8 metres (42 532 feet) from the centre-line of the RUNWAY; a runway outer horizontal OIS.
