森林生态系统过程模型

(1)气象相关变量:

式中,Svp是一定大气温度下的饱和水汽压; Tair是大气温度。

(2)白昼子模型:

式中,是白昼最大叶片水势: 是时间t的土壤含水量; 是土壤持水量。

(3)树冠H2O阻力模型:

式中,是树冠H20阻力; 是最大树冠阻力,iCC:Lwp的斜率; 是包括气孔关闭时的小叶片水势。

(4)湿度降低时的树冠阻力:

式中,CCh是湿度降低时的树冠阻力; CC:ABshd的斜率;ABshd是绝对湿度亏缺。

 (5)树冠蒸腾作用模型:

式中,Trans是树冠蒸腾作用;S是饱和水汽压曲线的斜率;Rad是平均树冠净辐射;Cp是大气比热;Ap是大气密度;Vpd是从树冠到大气的水汽压亏缺;Ra是树冠空气动力学阻力;Rc是树冠对水蒸气的阻力;GAMMA是心理测量学常数;Le是水蒸气的潜热;Lla是叶面积指数;Lday是白昼长度。

(6)树冠光合作用模型:

式中,PSN是树冠光合作用;从树叶到大气的扩散梯度;CC是树冠阻力;CMCO2的树冠叶肉阻力。

(7)每年子模型:

式中,Rdecomp是每年新鲜的枯枝落叶的百分比比重量损失;Tae是实际的每年土壤水分蒸发蒸腾损失总量;Gli是初始枯枝落叶木质素浓度。
