式中,c是环境中杀虫剂的浓度;x是个体中残留的杀虫剂的数量;t是时间;λ是危险性函数,已知个体已经存活到t时间,当乘以dt时,函数给出在(t,t+dt)时间中死亡的条件概率;fgh是适当的沉积降解、吸收和清除函数;λ0(t)是对应于非杀虫剂引起的死亡率的危险性函数;λ1是特定时间的死亡危险性和同一时间昆虫体内残留杀虫剂数量之间的线性相关系数;x0是施用杀虫剂时被昆虫吸入的数量;c0是环境中杀虫剂的初始浓度;μαβ分别是杀虫剂在环境中降解、被昆虫吸入和从昆虫体内清除的瞬时速率系数。
