海水中叶绿素的测定方法

 

(1)分光光度法――朗伯-比尔定律模型:

 

式中,为待测溶液在波长上的吸光度;为吸光系数; LC分别为待测溶液的吸收层厚度和浓度。

 

(2)荧光法――荧光强度F模型:

 

式中,k为测试仪器常数;为荧光物质的荧光效率;I为入射激发光强度; L为样品池光程长度;分别为荧光物质的吸光系数和浓度。
