浮游植物气候生产力模拟

光合作用与环境的光、热、水、二氧化碳等因子有关。考虑到浮游植物生活在水体中,水和二氧化碳两因子充分满足而可略去不计,则其气候生产力即相当于光温生产力。以f(T)表示水温对光合作用的影响函数,35℃为有利浮游植物光合作用的水温上限,0℃为下限,函数值域在0~1之间,T为某时段平均水

温,M为使∑居于0~1值域间的控制系数,这里用经验值M=10,则有:                  

        

各地浮游植物生长季逐月的月平均水温由气温Ta与水温T的线性关系式求算,即:

T=[a+b(N)+cH]Ta+[d+e(N)+fH]

式中,α'为维度参数;N’和H分别为当地的维度与海拔高度时,a,b,c,d,e与f为模式参数。光温生产力PYR,T)得自:

PY(R,T)=PY(R)·f(T)
