动态投入-产出模型

(1)矩阵形式的静态投入-产出模型:

式中, 是部门 生产的日用品 的总产量;  是日用品 的投入系数;  是指部门 每生产一个单位的日用品 所产生的日用品 的投入量,陈伟边际投入系数;   是指部门 每排放一个单位污染物所需的日用品 的投入量,称为排放污染物的边际投入系数;  是部门 的污染物排放速率;  是日用品  的最终需求;  是部门 每生产一个单位的日用品 所排出的污染物,称为污染系数。

(2)本区域排放的污染物的总量:

 

式中, 表示消费者排放的污染物。

(3)最终需求向量 可分为三部分:

 

式中, 是消费量; 是生产活动的投资;  是污染物排放活动的投资。
