CHEER-P is a multi-regional CGE model with 30 provinces and 11 sectors in dynamic version, and in static version the sectors disaggregation can be more detailed depend on research purpose. In this model we capture the process of commodity production and consumptions, market equilibrium, domestic trades and international trades, carbon emissions embodied in the production process, fuel combustion and household behaviors, and air pollutants emissions including PM2.5, SO2 and NOx. The base year we used for the current version of CHEER-P is 2012, and the time range we now cover for the recursive dynamic model is 2012-2050. We build our SAM table according to the 2012 China’s MRIO and calibrate the emissions for each sector in each province with respect to each fuels according to the CEADs emission inventories.
